ACMI, LLC proudly completed the exterior renovation for the VEG facility located at 4048 Morse Road, Columbus, Ohio 43230, in partnership with Loberg Construction. This targeted façade upgrade modernized the building’s appearance while improving long-term performance and durability.
The project included the fabrication and installation of eight (8) Aluminum Composite Material (ACM) panels totaling approximately 200 square feet. Each panel was precision-manufactured in our facility using the SAF C-4500 Rainscreen Attachment System paired with Alucobond 4mm FR (fire-retardant) core material, delivering a high-performance cladding solution engineered for strength, safety, and weather resistance.
A striking Brushed Carbon finish was selected for the new panels, giving the building a sleek, contemporary look that elevates its street presence and reinforces a clean, professional exterior aesthetic.
Beyond installation, ACMI provided a comprehensive turnkey scope. Our team carefully removed the existing ACM system, inspected and patched the substrate as needed, and fabricated and installed the new panel system along with all associated trim components. Lift access and equipment coordination were fully managed by ACMI, ensuring an efficient and seamless execution from start to finish.
Through detailed coordination with Loberg Construction, ACMI delivered a refined exterior solution that combines craftsmanship, performance, and modern design. The VEG project is another example of our commitment to precision fabrication, efficient field execution, and trusted construction partnerships throughout Ohio.
