ACMI, LLC proudly partnered with Norrenbrock Company Inc. in the construction of the Children’s Theatre project located at 1112 Walnut Street, Cincinnati, OH 45202. Situated in the heart of downtown Cincinnati, this project represents a meaningful addition to the city’s cultural and architectural landscape.
As part of our scope of work, ACMI fabricated approximately 750 square feet of Aluminum Composite Material (ACM) panels for the building’s exterior façade. All panels were precision-manufactured at our facility using the SAF C-4500 Rainscreen Attachment System, providing a high-performance rainscreen solution engineered for durability, moisture management, and long-term envelope protection.
The panel system incorporated 4mm FR (fire-retardant) core material, ensuring compliance with current building safety standards while maintaining a sleek, modern appearance. Due to the architectural panel design, a non-grained solid color finish was selected from the manufacturer’s standard two-coat color options, delivering visual consistency across the façade.
In addition to fabricating the ACM panel system, ACMI installed approximately 75 linear feet of fascia panels on the building canopy. These fascia panels were furnished by others and installed by our team to ensure proper alignment, secure attachment, and seamless integration with the overall exterior cladding system.
Through careful coordination with Norrenbrock Company Inc. and the project team, ACMI delivered a comprehensive exterior solution that met both performance requirements and design intent.
