ACMI, LLC partnered with Gioffre Companies, Inc. to deliver high-performance architectural metal panel systems for the MedVet facility located at 7735 Liberty Field Dr., West Chester, Ohio.
Aluminum Composite Material (ACM) Rainscreen System
ACMI fabricated and installed approximately 1,000 square feet of Aluminum Composite Material (ACM) panels using the SAF C 4500 rainscreen attachment system and Alpolic 4mm FR core material. Panels were precision-fabricated in-house to ensure quality control and accurate installation. The ACM rainscreen system enhances moisture management, energy performance, and long-term durability while providing a clean, modern exterior finish.
Concealed Fastener Metal Wall & Soffit Panels
In addition, ACMI furnished and installed approximately 3,000 square feet of concealed fastener metal panel systems from Dimensional Metals Inc. The scope included:
- 2,000 sq. ft. of DMI FP1012 24-gauge metal wall panels in “Champagne”
- 1,000 sq. ft. of .032 aluminum vented soffit panels in “White”
These metal wall and soffit panels deliver a streamlined architectural appearance combined with superior weather resistance and structural performance.
