ACMI Completes Exterior Cladding for AC Hotel by Marriott
ACMI, LLC proudly completed the exterior cladding scope for the AC Hotel by Marriott, located at 124 Madison Street in downtown Dayton, Ohio. Partnering with Brackett Builders, ACMI delivered a high-performance architectural façade that aligns with the AC Hotel brand’s clean, modern design aesthetic.
Custom Aluminum Composite Material (ACM) Rainscreen System
ACMI fabricated and installed the building’s Aluminum Composite Material (ACM) panel systems, utilizing the SAF C 4500 rainscreen attachment system with durable 4mm FR core material. All panels were precision-fabricated in-house to ensure quality control and installation efficiency.
The façade incorporates up to three manufacturer-selected standard colors from a two-coat color chart, creating visual depth and contemporary appeal. Installation included all required trim and accessories in accordance with manufacturer recommendations, completing a fully integrated rainscreen assembly designed for long-term performance.
Fiber Cement and Aluminum Soffit Installation
In addition to the ACM panels, ACMI furnished and installed:
-Nichiha low-density fiber cement panels, complete with manufacturer trim and accessories
-Spartan Metals .040 aluminum soffit panels, selected from the manufacturer’s standard color chart
Together, these exterior wall systems provide durability, weather resistance, and a cohesive architectural finish suitable for a premier hospitality destination.
